take the eek out of economics.

During the current election process,
it is often claimed that the most
important issue is the economy.
Of course I agree with this,
but I realize that for most people,
when they are talking about the
economy they really mean their own
situations. In other words, their idea
of a good economy is better wages
and whatnot. It is true that a strong
economy would bring that, but it
really isn't everything. It is amazing
how little people know about the
economy and how it works.
